TNABoard Australia is built to be a safe, respectful, and professional platform for independent providers operating across Australia. This policy explains what providers can expect from us, what we require during verification, and how we protect verified providers within our community.


Our approach is shaped by nearly 20 years of experience operating TNABoard in the United States, combined with Australian-specific safety, privacy, and compliance standards.




Why We Verify Providers​


Verification exists for one reason: safety and trust.


Provider verification helps to:


  • Protect providers from impersonation and bad actors
  • Increase trust and confidence among clients
  • Reduce scams, fake accounts, and harassment
  • Create a safer, more credible community overall

Verification is not about control, judgement, or intrusion. It is about protecting providers and the integrity of the platform.




Our Provider-First Approach​


We understand that providers operate in a high-risk industry and value privacy, autonomy, and respect.


Our commitments to providers include:


  • Privacy-first verification processes
  • Discreet handling of all verification materials
  • No public disclosure of verification details
  • Fair, respectful communication
  • Support from real staff, not automated systems

Verification Requirements (Overview)​


To become a verified provider on TNABoard Australia, providers may be asked to submit limited verification information sufficient to confirm authenticity and age.


This may include:


  • Proof of age (18+ only)
  • Proof of ownership or control of advertised identity
  • A current photo or content-based verification
  • Matching details between profile and advertisements
  • We REQUIRE all providers to provider a selfie with their TNA username AND the date in order to be verified to post ads.
  • Should providers appears under 18 years old we may require additional checks via a valid photo ID.

Exact requirements may vary depending on account type, advertising features, or risk signals.




Privacy and Data Handling​


Verification information is treated as strictly confidential.


We guarantee that:


  • Verification materials are never published
  • Documents are accessed only by authorised staff
  • Data is stored securely and handled responsibly
  • Information is not shared with third parties

Any attempt by other members to request or demand verification information from a provider is strictly prohibited.




No Tolerance for Impersonation or Fraud​


Impersonation and fraudulent provider accounts put real people at risk.


TNABoard Australia does not allow:


  • Impersonating another provider
  • Using stolen or scraped images
  • Creating accounts on behalf of someone else
  • Misrepresenting identity, age, or services

Accounts found engaging in impersonation or fraud will be removed immediately.




What Verification Is​


To be clear, verification is not:


  • A judgement of services, pricing, or business model
  • A requirement to offer specific services
  • A demand to disclose personal identity publicly
  • A way for members to pressure or control providers

Providers retain full autonomy over their business decisions.




Provider Rights and Boundaries​


Verified providers have the right to:


  • Set boundaries without explanation
  • Decline bookings or communication
  • Control how and where they advertise
  • Request staff assistance at any time
  • Participate without harassment or coercion

No provider is required to justify boundaries, availability, pricing, or personal choices.




Dedicated Provider Support​


TNABoard Australia provides a dedicated support ticket system, staffed 24/7 by real people.


Providers can:


  • Ask questions about verification
  • Request help with advertising or profile issues
  • Report harassment or safety concerns
  • Seek moderator intervention discreetly

Provider tickets are treated with priority and confidentiality.




Protection for Verified Providers​


Verification unlocks additional protections, including:


  • Stronger enforcement against harassment
  • Faster staff response to reports
  • Reduced risk of impersonation
  • Increased community trust

Verified providers are never required to “defend themselves” publicly. Staff are available to intervene when needed.




No Retaliation for Reporting​


Providers will never be penalised for reporting issues in good faith.


Any retaliation against a provider for reporting concerns—including threats, reviews, or harassment—is itself a serious violation and will be acted upon.




Ongoing Review and Re-Verification​


In some cases, TNABoard Australia may request re-verification to:


  • Prevent impersonation
  • Address security concerns
  • Maintain platform integrity

Re-verification is handled respectfully and discreetly and is never used as punishment.
